Artwork Guidelines

Please have a review of the below guidelines before uploading your artwork on are website, this will make the process efficient and avoid any delays in you receiving your decorated garments.  We will ensure that your artwork will look as good as it possibly can when it’s on the garment if the guidelines are followed, Embroidered or printed.  Any questions just drop us an email.

Maximum sizes we can print and embroider

The maximum width for print is 30cm. For embroidery the maximum width we can produce is 28cm and a height of 180cm. The height of your logo or image will automatically be scaled based on the width you select. Each location that you choose on the garment will carry its own maximum size if your artwork is outside of this or it’s something we cannot achieve you will be advised before we process your order.  If you need advice on going larger than the guidelines, please get in touch. Positions we can print and embroider

We can print and embroider designs in a wide range of positions; the positions available depends on the garments you select. Typical positions include left or right chest, full width across the front chest, left or right sleeve, full width across the top of the back and so on. Most of these locations are available for you to select when placing your order online. If the positions available aren't quite right for your needs, we can still help you. Just contact our expert team before placing your order for help.

File types we accept

You can upload your image or logo file online with our easy to use ordering process. We accept the following image types: Preferred: PDF, CDR, EPS, AI   We can also work with jpg, jpeg, gif, bmp, ps, png, psd, tiff, tif.

Artwork quality

In general, you should try and upload the best quality version of your logo or image you have to ensure the best end results. We generally ask for files to be 300 DPI or higher. If you upload a file that is too low quality to print or embroider, our team will contact you to discuss how best to proceed. We will never just use your supplied artwork knowing that the result will be poor. 

Printing and embroidery limitations

There may be certain limitations depending on the customisation type you select. Certain designs cannot be embroidered, such as those with colour gradients or very intricate designs. However, unlike other sites which simply would refuse your order, our expert team will work with you once your order is placed to adjust your design, so it can be produced as a good quality embroidery.
