RETURNS

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.

 

2. Your Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are:

  • As described
  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

 

3. 14-Day Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

However, this right does NOT apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Items made to your specification

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

 

4. Custom & Personalised Products

Due to the nature of our business:

  • All custom products are non-refundable unless faulty
  • You are responsible for checking artwork, spelling, and design before approval
  • We are not responsible for errors approved by you

 

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide photos and order details

We will offer:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Refund (where appropriate)

 

6. Returns Process

To request a return:

1. Email us at sales@shirtshed.co.uk

2. Include your order number and reason

3. Wait for return instructions before sending items

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

 

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect, we recommend tracked delivery

 

8. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or agreeing a refund.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

 

9. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalised/custom items (unless faulty)
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items not returned in original condition (where applicable)
